We’re hiring for a CRM Consultant as part of Merkle in Barcelona.
Job Description:
The Role
As a CRM Consultant, you’ll be the strategic partner our client’s CRM Managers and Market Leads rely on. This exciting, client-facing role involves leading B2B digital delivery across Email, SMS, and Web channels.
Life as a CRM Consultant at Merkle
In this role, you’ll be responsible for digital delivery and business processes, orchestrating success in the following areas:
- Design Impactful Campaigns: offer practical advice regarding campaign lifecycle decisions for both peers/colleagues and clients.
- Keep a holistic view on all journeys and activities in your markets and align the client’s market stake holders with Merkle’s internal delivery team. This requires building client relationships and managing expectations and risks of key internal and client stakeholders on any project.
- Guidance on test plans, support and consultancy on complex campaigns, customer journeys and new projects to the client and all team members. Incorporate industry best practices.
- Ensure Process Excellence: Ensure SLAs are met and rigour is maintained at all stages, from briefing accuracy to quality checking and execution. Capture, share, and update knowledge across all service areas and the entire team.
- Manage Risks Proactively: Identify and escalate project risks, stays aware of client dependencies, and supports the validation of assumptions.
- Drive Performance: Empower marketing teams to gain insights, analyze data, make predictions, and optimize marketing programs, campaigns, and resources in collaboration with Merkle’s Campaign Performance Lead.
- Innovate Continuously: Contribute to innovation projects and develops technical practice areas by staying updated with industry trends, improving training material, and connecting with Merkle’s internal technical specialists.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on campaign delivery experience, including journey building, triggers, and complex campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully managing CRM journeys, data reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proven ability to implement and refine strategies using an experimental mindset.
