About the Role:

The CRM & Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization's customer relationship management systems operate efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing CRM systems in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to customer data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proficiency with CRM software platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP).
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
  • Advanced knowledge of data privacy laws and their application within CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and compliance reporting tools.
  • Project management experience related to CRM implementation or compliance initiatives.
