We are looking for a CRM Communications Lead to manage the implementation and quality assurance of CRM communications across customer channels. 

 

This role sits within CRM Operations, part of the broader Customer Lifecycle & Retention (CLR) department. The position focuses on ensuring CRM communications such as Email and On-Site Notifications (Inbox) are correctly configured, tested, and prepared within the Fast Track CRM platform. 

 

This role focuses on content implementation and operational management, not copywriting. All communication text and translations are provided by the Copy & Translation team. The role ensures that this content is correctly structured, formatted, and implemented within CRM campaigns. 

 

The position also supervises a Junior CRM Communications Executive and works closely with CRM Casino, CRM Sports, CRM Ops Bonus team, Design, and Copy & Translation teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Communications Implementation

- Configure Email and On-Site Notifications (Inbox) within Fast Track CRM.

- Implement campaign communications using content supplied by the Copy & Translation team.

- Ensure messages are correctly structured, formatted, and displayed across CRM channels.


Campaign Configuration

- Configure communication elements including message layouts, CTAs, templates, and notification structures.

- Prepare communications based on campaign briefs from CRM Casino and CRM Sports teams.

- Ensure communications are fully configured and ready for handover in line with campaign timelines.


Content QA

- Perform detailed QA checks before communications are handed over for deployment.

- Validate formatting, links, bonus references, localization placement, and rendering across devices.


Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with teams across CLR including CRM Casino, CRM Sports, CRM Operations (Bonus Department), Copy & Translation, and Design.


Team Leadership

- Supervise and mentor Junior CRM Communications Executive(s).

- Review communication setups and ensure QA standards are met before handover.

 

Requirements

- 2-3+ years experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or CRM campaign execution.

- Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools (Fast Track CRM is a strong advantage).

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong organizational and campaign management abilities.

- High attention to detail and QA discipline.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across marketing and CRM teams.

- Experience in iGaming CRM operations.

- Understanding of promotional and bonus mechanics in iGaming
