If so, the position of CRM Campaign Manager (m/f/x) within our Marketing Retention Team might be the right one for you! With your skillset, you push boundaries and develop multi-channel campaigns to achieve strong customer engagement and loyalty for our product.
Job Description
Your playing field
- Maximise our customers’ experience and life-time value by realising the CRM campaigns through the effective and creative usage of customer touchpoints therefore delivering improved loyalty.
- You will be responsible for the creation and sendout of creative newsletter content and various innovative campaigns that will reach a huge audience.
- You will use your analytical skills to analyse and track financial effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reporting against budget to improve campaigns.
- Ensure that marketing tools are used for maximum effectiveness, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- You support the management of the marketing campaign calendar and campaign forecasts.
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Experience. You bring first experience in CRM or any related field, ideally within the gaming industry.
- Qualification. You have passed a vocational training in a related field or hold a Bachelors´ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
- Language skills. As the leading sports betting provider in Germany, we require native German language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential as well.
- Customer centric mindset. Customer satisfaction is your priority. You design and deliver solutions with them on your mind.
- Open to change. You have a creative and flexible mindset which allows you to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Nice to have
- Testing. Use your A/B testing experience to improve campaigns.
- Tools. Experience with Marketing Automation tools, as for e.g. Emarsys.
- CRM Know-how. Knowledge of retention and reactivation strategies.
- Excel. You have worked with Excel beforehand and have experience in the basic usage.
