If sport gets your heart racing and you’re ready to bring that energy to work, then the CRM Campaign Manager (m/f/x) role in our Marketing Retention Team could be your perfect match!

Your playing field

  • Maximise customer experience and lifetime value by executing CRM campaigns across multiple touchpoints to boost loyalty.
  • Develop and launch creative newsletters and innovative campaigns that reach a huge audience – your campaigns are the highlight of the match!
  • Track campaign performance and financial effectiveness, delivering regular reports and insights to continuously improve results.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing tools are fully optimised.
  • Support the management of the marketing campaign calendar and forecasts.

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

  • Experience. You’ve already had some playtime in CRM or a related field, ideally within the gaming industry. Extra points if you’ve got a sports betting background – that’s a hat-trick!
  • Qualification. You’ve completed vocational training in a related field or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar area.
  • Language skills. As Germany’s leading sports betting provider, native German is a must. Plus, fluent English is essential to communicate effectively with non-German colleagues. 
  • Customer-centric mindset. Our customers are always your priority. You design and deliver solutions with them at the centre of your game plan.
  • Open to change. You’re creative and flexible, ready to adapt quickly to changing tactics and new challenges on the field.
