As a Business Analyst focused on CRM Systems, you’ll play a key role in enhancing how ACT manages relationships with its buyers and sellers of environmental and energy commodities. You’ll collaborate with teams across Trading, Marketing, Data, and IT to optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer & Marketing setup, ensuring it supports efficient communication, strong data governance, and effective market engagement.
In essence, your role involves:
- Translating business needs into CRM functionality — gathering and documenting requirements for new features, automations, and reports within Dynamics 365.
- Driving CRM adoption and efficiency — designing and improving processes to enhance data quality, usability, and visibility of trading partner information.
- Supporting marketing initiatives — enabling effective use of CRM for segmentation, campaign automation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborating with IT and Product Owners — guiding CRM developments from requirements through testing and deployment.
- Using data insights to inform strategy — analyzing CRM data to identify trends and recommend improvements that strengthen commercial and marketing impact.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally within CRM or business systems.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of B2B relationship management and data-driven marketing.
- Experience in agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment.
Nice to have:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Marketing, or Sales modules.
- Knowledge of data privacy and CRM compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Background in commodities, trading, or financial services.
