The CRM Brand Communications is responsible for successful project management and implementation of the CRM strategy. This role interacts with the brand(s), and advertising teams, a variety of internal stakeholders, as well as agency partners. In addition to Brand specific CRM strategy execution, this role may also manage some enterprise programs that touch all brands.
As Stellantis continues to evolve and optimize its CRM capabilities, this role will play a key part in ensuring lifecycle marketing efforts are strategic, scalable, and set up for long-term success. The ideal candidate brings hands-on CRM experience, strong lifecycle marketing instincts, and the ability to work across a complex, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage brand CRM strategies to ensure the overall brand objectives and strategic directives are achieved
- Liaison with the appropriate brand stakeholders and agency project team in developing requirements for both owner and prospect communication strategies
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple concurrent projects for dynamic data-driven direct mail and email campaigns and digital/interactive solutions, including definition of business rules for audience selection and treatment, creative routing to each of the brands and legal approval Facilitate communications, between brand and agency and oversees project timing, creative routing for approval, agency status reporting and supports agency in brand and launch status meetings Review and provide input on materials, before they sent to brand, to ensure marketing objectives are being met
- Manage AOR to communicate project status, dependencies, issues, and risks to appropriate stakeholders
- Maintain and manage monthly, and quarterly GTM materials at an Enterprise CRM level, and at a brand level
- Responsible for tracking incentive budget requests for private offer programs, and monthly report out Responsible for tracking the agency/variable budget for assigned brands and supporting the Stellantis budget approval process
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 + years of digital marketing/CRM professional experience
- Client or Marketing Agency CRM experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through, with demonstrated ability to bring projects to successful conclusion, on time and within budget
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and to gather and analyze information skillfully
- Experienced self-starter who can manage multiple projects in tandem with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills in leading cross-functional resources, resolving conflicts, fostering alignment, and gaining commitment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate relevant information to all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
- Ability to forge relationships with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive marketing knowledge and experience is a plus
- Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts through simple, focused storytelling and well-structured presentations.
