CRM Assistant
We are looking for a CRM Assistant to join our Digital team here at Harrods! You will support the Senior CRM Executive with the development and deployment of mobile communications (i.e. push, SMS, and in-app messaging) whilst working alongside other CRM Assistants to execute all customer communications at Harrods, from briefing to deployment.
About The Role
As the CRM Assistant you will be integral in evaluating the performance of the campaigns through SAP Marketing Cloud to identify trends and opportunities for future planning, with a focus on maximising customer engagement through relevance of messaging.
You will also;
- Support the implementation of the automation of the campaign targeting delivery to the campaign fulfilment
- Monitor campaign responses and taking appropriate action to resolve issues
- Support the definition of the customers targeting for each campaign & communication according to their objectives
- Ensure the operational controls are maintained
About You
The ideal candidate must be adaptable to change and very skilled in multi-tasking with excellent attention detail as this role is fast paced. It is important that you are enthusiastic, able to take initiative, eager to meet challenges and assimilate new concepts with positive attitude.
You will also have the following;
- Good communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing to all levels of colleagues and management
- Able to assess a situation seeking multiple perspectives
- Able to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
- Clear communication both written and verbal
