Job Description

Bosch Home Comfort is embarking on an exciting digital change project, implementing cutting edge technologies to keep us at the forefront of our market. We are looking for highly motivated and professional IT advanced apprentices to help provide support globally to our customers across the vast CRM landscape.

You will need to have a good IT background, ideally with a relatable degree. It’s essential that you enjoy problem solving and working with multi skilled teams. Providing the highest levels of support to our internal customers is a fundamental part of the job, this includes delivering solutions in line with our service level agreements, providing continuous communication and sharing best practice.

  • Provide 2nd Level IT Support to Key Users of the OneCRM landscape globally
  • Supporting the core Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and connected platforms
  • Resolve tickets within specified service level agreements
  • Creates and maintains documentation for known solutions
  • Training key users on system usage
  • Create solutions to enhance business processes using RPA, automation platforms and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Active involvement in continuous improvement topics

Qualifications

  • Be degree qualified
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Be well organised and able to work under pressure, maintain excellent attention to detail and meet
  • strict deadlines
  • Customer focused, reliable, dedicated and self motivated
  • Inquisitive nature who enjoys problem solving
  • Passionate about IT and Technology
  • Be a quick learner and have a methodical and flexible and approach to meet customer requirements
  • Effective team worker as well as the ability to work on own initiative

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
