CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced CRM Analyst to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
How you’ll create opportunities in this CRM Analyst role:
- Maintain data integrity by performing data analysis and data cleansing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer support requests owned by the Marketing and Technology team.
- Participate in developing testing scripts and UAT testing.
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and performance by leveraging internal and 3rd-party tools.
- Create and maintain business process documentation, including knowledge articles, training materials, and system configuration documents.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to document requirements and processes.
- Creation and refinement of user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps.
- Stay current with Dynamics technology and stay focused on how we can improve our processes.
What you will need:
- 2+ years in an analyst, system analyst, or coordinator role.
- Problem solving with root cause analysis experience.
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- CRM functional certification preferred.
- A deep understanding of the sales functionality within CRM.
- Customer Service experience a plus.
- Experience working with agile/scrum implementation methodology.
- Experience with Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills.
- A self-starter mindset and speaks up in meetings.
- Inquisitive and collaborative approach.
- Bachelors degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
