Responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support commercial operations. Maintains system configuration and data quality, supports users, improves processes, oversees integrations and user access, enables reporting, and provides training and documentation. Partners across functions and advises leadership on CRM strategy and opportunities to improve business performance.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
- Manages and maintains the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), ensuring performance and alignment with business needs, including creation and maintenance of custom entities, fields, forms, as needed.
- Provides functional support to commercial sales teams; resolves issues, gathers requirements, and works on system improvements.
- Ensures data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CRM; performs regular data checks.
- Defines and promotes CRM governance and best practices across the organization.
- Supports and optimizes key CRM processes and seeks additional added value.
- Collaborates cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, Commercial Analytics) to drive improvements and optimizations, while adhering to best practices.
- Executes these ideas and projects from start to finish.
- Advises senior leadership on CRM strategy, performance insights, and opportunities to enhance commercial effectiveness.
- Supports CRM reporting by ensuring data quality and structure for performance tracking.
- Coordinates integrations and data flows between CRM and other systems (e.g. Oracle, BI tools).
- Oversees CRM user management (setup, access rights, permissions).
- Delivers user training and supports onboarding of new CRM users.
- This role will be responsible for developing end-user documentation, including written and video training when possible.
- Stay up-to-date regarding new Dynamics 365 features, technologies and best practices.
- Performs other duties and tasks as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Data, or related field.
- 2 years minimum of related experience.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus
