QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience with CRM administration for enterprise customers (applicants with Salesforce certifications are preferred).
Strong understanding of CRM business processes and principles including back-end architecture, app integrations, data pipelines, and security policies.
Experience with using data visualization tools (Tableau, AWS QuickSight) and SQL to analyze large datasets is a plus.
Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and attention to detail, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Administer the TOUR’s Salesforce implementations by managing user licensing/permissions, deploying new features and customizations, ensuring data regulation compliance, and maintaining integrations with third-party apps.
Partner with business teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements, identify relevant KPIs, and propose changes to operating procedures that streamline inefficient processes.
Lead the CRM onboarding process by developing training materials, supporting data migrations, and providing day-to-day support for end users.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for CRM processes, customizations, and integrations.
Assist with the design and maintenance of a robust suite of reports and data visualizations that integrate Salesforce data with other enterprise data sources to measure key performance metrics.
Exhibit the ability to work cross-functionally by learning new technology platforms and taking on projects as requested.
Special projects or other duties as assigned.
