CureMD is looking for a highly skilled and super passionate CRM/HubSpot Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform to enhance our marketing and sales processes. You will oversee all aspects of the CRM system, driving strategies to boost customer engagement and lead generation, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform to align with marketing and sales goals.

  • Design and implement advanced automated workflows to improve efficiency.

  • Oversee lead capture, CTAs, and scoring systems to boost conversions.

  • Develop dashboards and provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

  • Partner with teams to create and track targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Help drive the lead nurturing process, including identify the leads that require nurturing and assisting with developing relevant nurturing campaigns to increase conversions.

  • Analyze CRM data to recommend strategies for enhancing engagement and conversions.

  • Train and support teams on HubSpot best practices.

  • Monitor and resolve CRM issues, optimizing platform performance.

  • Stay updated on HubSpot trends to leverage new features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and related tools.

  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing HubSpot platforms.

  • Experience in nurturing leads through CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, with a focus on driving conversions.

  • Strong understanding of the customer buying journey.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in other CRM software (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting CRM data and generating insights.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
