We’re seeking a dedicated Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at our Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA). In this key role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for staff, ensuring high-quality care, adherence to policies, and achievement of performance goals. You’ll manage and delegate tasks, follow up to ensure completion, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain seamless continuity of care from weekends into the workweek.
Our RTFA supports adults transitioning from psychiatric hospitalization by helping them develop coping skills and preparing for independent living through personalized discharge planning and consistent support. you will need master's degree in human services field (counseling, social work, etc.) plus 1 years of related experience and a valid driver's license.
SCHEDULE is Sunday 8am-4pm and Monday through Thursday 12pm-8pm
