As a Clinician on the Crisis Residence team, you will assist youth and families in overcoming the challenges that contribute to a cycle of crisis, and help set them on a path for long lasting stabilization and healthier functioning. The crisis clinicians provide short-term therapeutic interventions including assessment, individual and family counseling, and treatment planning. You will report to the Director for the Crisis Residence and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:

Provide short-term crisis intervention and stabilization to youth while at Crisis Residence.

Create and implement treatment and safety plans.

Provide individual and group counseling to youth on the units and conduct family sessions during the youth's admission.

Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record.

Collaborate and coordinate with current treatment providers and help make appropriate referrals if needed.

Other tasks as needed to support program functioning.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree and three to four years of related experience.
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT required; will consider MSW-LP/MHC-LP/MFT-LP
