As a Clinician on the Crisis Residence team, you will assist youth and families in overcoming the challenges that contribute to a cycle of crisis, and help set them on a path for long lasting stabilization and healthier functioning. The crisis clinicians provide short-term therapeutic interventions including assessment, individual and family counseling, and treatment planning. You will report to the Director for the Crisis Residence and will work onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Provide short-term crisis intervention and stabilization to youth while at Crisis Residence.

• Create and implement treatment and safety plans.

• Provide individual and group counseling to youth on the units and conduct family sessions during the youth's admission.

• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record.

• Collaborate and coordinate with current treatment providers and help make appropriate referrals if needed.

• Other tasks as needed to support program functioning.

Requirements and Education:

• Requires a Master’s degree and three to four years of related experience.
• LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT required; will consider MSW-LP/MHC-LP/MFT-LP
