Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of post-qualification

experience to manage financial reporting, audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

The role involves close coordination with auditors, preparation of financial statements,

and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination with auditors for Half-Yearly IFC Audit – Crest Ventures Ltd.

• Co-ordination with auditors for quarterly internal audit and statutory audit

• Preparation of quarterly results and financial statements

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements

• Preparation of MIS and other reports

• Review of quarterly financial information for Board meetings

• Preparation of advance tax workings and yearly computation

• Co-ordination for income tax notices with tax consultants

• Preparation / review of income tax returns

• Co-ordination and review for GST audit and returns

• RBI returns and reporting

• Preparation of policies (excluding secretarial policies)

• Preparing SOPs for IFC audits

• Preparation of details as per CARO / accounting standards and co-ordination

with auditors

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience

• Experience in a mid-sized financial services organization

• Ability to independently manage audits

• Strong exposure to Income Tax and GST

• Experience in listed companies / NBFCs preferred
