Who you are:

As a Credit Systems Support Specialist I, you have a heart for helping others. In this role you are responsible for supporting the development, testing, debugging, integration, and administration for various credit systems software used for commercial loan origination, underwriting, and reporting. You will use your innovative mindset, effective communication skills and desire to do better by creating, generating and maintaining various ACE and Credit Collateral exception reports utilized by management and constantly creating and improving the Frost user experience. Most importantly, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do: 

  • Providing internal Lending and Credit users with ongoing support

  • Assisting with the development, quality assurance testing, debugging, integration, and administration of credit systems software

  • Logging ACE system production issues and document system enhancement requirements for review by department management and programming staff

  • Helping internal users statewide and new hires navigate and use new system releases/enhancements

  • Generating monthly Credit/Collateral Exception report and assist with the creation of monthly and quarterly ACE volume reports

  • Contributing ideas to and write articles for the bi-monthly Credit Connection newsletter

  • Maintaining data integrity and operating efficiencies throughout system development process

  • Coordinating system development priorities and production issues with the appropriate IT or programming staff

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills- must be customer oriented

  • Ability to travel statewide as needed

  • Flexibility to work late and/or weekends as needed

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

  • Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or previous banking/lending related experience

  • Experience using ACE

  • 1+ year experience working with Information Technology
