About the role:
We are currently looking for a Credit Support Specialist to join our Credit Support Team. The role requires flexibility, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines. It reports to the Senior OTC Team Leader in our Krakow GFSS Centre.

In detail you will:

Independently analyse orders placed on credit hold & liaise with Local Credit Managers

Perform analysis of customer accounts & prepare documentation for credit risk assessment

Submit credit requests, generate reports and draw data-based conclusions & recommendations

Provide answers to business units related to credit management processes
Requirements:
-
Degree in Finance and Accounting or any related
-
Fluent English
-
Previous experience in finance and accounting (Desirable in area of Account Receivable/Collection/Credit management)

Knowledge of accounting policies and principles, activities and processes

Previous exposure to internal and external business environment

Experience with MS Office and Excel
-
Knowledge of SAP will be an asset

Problem solving and analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset

Excellent communicator and team player
