Job Description:
Credit Specialist – Italian Speaker ensures customer’s proper credit limit settings based on annual reports, historical payment experiences and business needs, in line with company Credit Policy and internal processes. Execute regular and ad-hoc credit limit reviews in order to keep ESAB’s credit risk on an acceptable level. Analyze credit risk portfolio, define and follow up high risk accounts. Ensures customer’s payments are received according to the agreed terms. Keep customer’s account up-to-date by applying cash receipt to sales invoices.
About the job 📚:

Handle credit risk on the given portfolio for the units in scope

Suggest and review credit limits

Apply the Credit Policy on order release activity

Apply cash receipt to customer’s invoices
-
Collect cash from customers through phone calls and emails
-
Participate in the annual SOPs review
-
Complete and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
-
Liaise with Sales and Customer Service on credit-related issues
-
Support internal and external audit
-
Follow the operational processes in order to meet the KPIs
-
Back-up within the Credit team in case of need
What we are looking for⭐:

2+ years’ experience in a multinational environment
-
English and Italian language knowledge on professional level (both written and verbal)

Confident MS Excel & MS Word knowledge

Basic Outlook knowledge – working with shared common mailboxes

Team player

Solution-oriented mindset

Ability to take decisions individually within the given responsibility

Good attention for details & deadlines

Nice to have:
