MISSIONE
Pilotaggio delle attività di analisi, monitoraggio e gestione del Rischio di Credito supportando il processo decisionale in ambito Underwriting.
ATTIVITA’
- Garantire il monitoraggio e la produzione del reporting relative alle performance di Nuova Produzione, del Costo del Rischio ad essa associata e Scoring di accettazione.
- Supportare la definizione e l’aggiornamento delle Credit Policy.
- Monitorare le performance del portafoglio crediti attraverso KPI e report dedicati.
- Contribuire all’elaborazione del set procedurale in ambito di Steering Underwriting e Scoring e i relativi piani di sviluppo per il rispetto dello stesso.
- Garantire il supporto operativo nell’analisi e pilotaggio dell’accounting Cost of Risk.
REQUISITI
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito Credit Risk, Banking o Financial Services.
- Conoscenza dei principali indicatori di rischio di credito.
- Saranno valutate positivamente IT skills nei seguenti tool/ambiti: utilizzo PowerBI, Alteryx, conoscenza del linguaggio SQL, Python e modelli machine learning supervisionati e non.

Skills Required
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Previous experience in Credit Risk, Banking, or Financial Services
- Knowledge of key credit risk indicators (KPI monitoring, portfolio performance)
- Familiarity with PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL, Python and supervised/unsupervised machine learning models
