Job Description- Investigating existing or potential customers.
- Investigating potential risks of payment and warranty instruments (checks, notes, letters of credit, etc.).
- Tracking due dates of warranty instruments (L/C, letters of bank guarantee, etc.).
- Calculating late payment interest.
- Customer credit management.
- Evaluating requests for additional credit limits and order release.
- Tracking and reporting overdue accounts.
- Managing legal follow-up of unpaid invoices with legal advisors.
- Preparing periodic reports (receivable risks, check & note trends, costs of payment & warranty instruments, etc.).
- Preparing and presenting risk management presentations to senior management.
- Standardizing processes; defining and updating procedures.
- Collaborating and communicating with the sales team regarding customer risk management.
- Calculating bad debt.
- Rasic Chart Support and follow-up for all sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of similar work experience.
- Analytical approach and ability to work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), automation, and BI software (RPA, Power BI).
- Ability to develop systems for analysis.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel).
- Findeks knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of English.
