- You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, expanding both your technical and business understanding.
- Develop and refine data‑driven credit acquisition strategies.
- Analyse large datasets using SAS to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, IT, Collections, Finance, and other Risk teams.
- Support new product assessments and strategy improvements.
- Conduct UAT and monitor post‑implementation outcomes.
- Produce monthly MI with clear commentary and recommendations.
- Strengthen risk‑based metrics and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Ensure alignment and sign‑off on strategy changes.
- Investigate escalated customer complaints related to Home Loans decisions.
- Provide clear and timely outcomes.
- Degree in Business, Maths, Stats, Risk Management, or similar.
- 3+ years experience analysing large datasets using SAS.
- Strong understanding of credit risk principles.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Experience with SDLC, UAT, or project work is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
