Job Description:

AllianceOne is currently seeking a Talented Professional to add to our team:

Position: Credit Reporting Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay and Benefits:

The pay rate for this position is $17.00/hour.

Full-Time employees are eligible for Health benefits on the first of the month following hire date, or coincident to hire date if hired on the first of the month.

Essential Functions:

• Review and Submit files to the Credit Reporting Agencies
• Note the account with a brief description on Automated Uniform Disputes, (AUD), and report the account as “disputed” to the credit bureaus and removes if necessary.
• Work disputes from the bureaus on Automated Consumer Dispute Verification, (ACDV), on-line and through E-Oscar to verify the information and note the account accordingly; requesting appropriate letters
• Other duties as required.

Company Standards/Quota:

• Ability to maintain regular attendance. If late or absent, required to speak with direct manager or in their absence, another manager.
• Ability to complete collector training course and pass the FDCPA test.
• Ability to perform essential job functions without posing a direct threat upon self or others.
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks.
• Be a team player.

Main Job Requirements:

Education and Specific Training

• HS diploma required

Work Experience

• General collection industry knowledge, Credit Reporting knowledge

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• General computer skills with experience in working with Windows
