naMinimum Requirements:
Grade 12 with at least 25 points.
Tertiary education will be an advantage.
2 - 3 years Banking and Credit experience.
Computer literate.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Above average numerical ability.
Excellent Time Management skills.
Strong team player.
Attention to detail.
Job Specification:
Ensure credit approvals comply with the relevant Credit Policy and Financial Crime Guidelines.
Concurrent processing of loan application and prompt review process.
Monitoring of Loan Applications in the assessment queue.
Maintain effective controls on loans.
Sanction screening on individual clients during the vetting process.
Employment confirmation with Employers.
Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
