The Credit Manager:
- Provides varying levels of information and counsel/advisory in areas of controls/risk management, pricing, cost, marketing strategies, return on investment decisions, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures and the development of overall business plans and strategies.
- Translates business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans and supports execution in a controlled risk and rewardbased manner.
- Partners with the business teams to develop operating and financial plans required to achieve management's strategic plan.
- Performs analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and performs benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
- Executes financial process improvements by maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and recommends automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery.
- Performs cost / benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis for various 'what if' scenarios and the overall impact to different business teams.
- Leads indepth analysis that informs performance management discussions, integrates operational outcomes and financial performance to drive improvement in performance.
- Creates automated reports using business intelligence tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, providing decision support through analysis.
- Establishes customer credit limits that supports revenue growth and unexpected changes to supply/demand whilst also minimizing the risk of bad debt.
- Develops and implement strategies and solutions to overcome credit management challenges for their customer portfolio/market.
- Requires an in depth understanding of their customer base, financial trends, macro economic and market developments.
- Serves as the primary interface with our customer's executive finance team.
- Builds relationships within SMG, CPLG, our customers and 3rd party vendors that enables the development and implementation of collaborative strategies aimed at addressing business issues.
- Engages in external benchmarking initiatives ensuring the organization remains world class and cutting edge.
- Leads business process management (BPM) related activities aimed at delivering efficiencies, ensuring evolving processes are documented and in compliance with our controls policy.
- Leads cross functional projects requiring effective project management, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Creatively solves problems and generate business value through the development of new ideas, products, and more effective processes.
- Designs and delivers effective, tailored, and engaging oral/visual presentations that convey meaning in a way that engages the audience, builds empathy, and drives a desired action.
- Autonomously monitors and detects environmental changes; adapts, considers alternatives, proactively take initiative, drives decision quality, and effectively adjusts course.
- Incorporates a global view and external (customer) perspective when gathering information, designing and implementing solutions and processes or making decisions.
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business related field.
- Experience with SAP, BPM, DARC, PowerBI.
- 6+ years of related practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Generative AI.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $116,160.00-195,980.00 USD
