For 45 years, we have been the benchmark for digital innovation in Italy — and today, across Europe as well.

More than technology: we are the partner that transforms the way businesses work, grow, and compete. From human resources management to digital payments, from electronic invoicing to customer relationship management, we design tailored solutions that go to the heart of business processes, making them more efficient, faster, and smarter.

Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to bring the value of digital transformation to every business, whatever its challenge. We do this by putting the customer at the center of everything — not as a tagline, but as a daily working method.

In Finance we ensure the integrated management of all financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level.

The Credit Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding and optimizing the company’s financial health. With end-to-end ownership of credit risk management, this role oversees the full credit lifecycle — from customer credit assessment and limit definition to receivables monitoring, collections, and dispute resolution — ensuring a balanced approach between commercial growth and cash flow sustainability while minimizing financial risk.

You will lead a close-knit team, setting direction and nurturing talent to deliver innovative finance projects, with the goal of creating value for the company and contributing sustainably to the Group’s growth.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading modernization and automation of related financial processes, system and infrastructures to ensure lean and effective activities

  • Assigning tasks to the credit team in agreement with the accounting department’s goals and overseeing timely collection of payments

  • Creating and keeping records of invoices٫ bills٫ and receivables

  • Tracking risk exposure across clients or sectors and report early warning signals.

  • Developing and improving credit policy

  • Forecasting monthly٫ quarterly and annual results and creating reports on them

  • Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures follow legal regulations

What skills are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field

  • Minimum of three years of experience as Credit Manager or supervisor position, or in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industry, or as finance transformation manager

  • Strong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulations

  • Experience with accounting software

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proven experience within subscription-based or recurring service frameworks is a strong plus

  • Fluent in English (C1)

Skills matter, but they’re not enough. We’re looking for people with a growth mindset, who see every challenge as an opportunity to grow and who embody the soft skills that set us apart, bringing our values to life.

  • ENTREPRENEURSHIP - is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our and the company's success. We are proactive, responsible and customer-focused, always ready to challenge the status quo and achieve extraordinary results.

  • INNOVATION - is the star that light up our path by moving in an environment rich of experiences, knowledge and perspectives. We are not afraid of mistakes, we work in a fertile environment for the development of innovative solutions.

  • INCLUSION – is the feeling that guides our relationship between individuals, each of whom of a different story and experience. We are keepers of an inclusive work environment that can enhance the characteristics of everyone.

What we offer

We believe that our relationship with people is built on trust, clarity of goals, and full autonomy in how to achieve them.
This is what naturally shapes our way of working and everything that comes with it: from Light Friday — no work on Friday afternoons — to the benefits that reflect our approach.

  • Total compensation: €72,000 – €91,000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
  • Wellbeing Digital Wallet: from €4400per year. A personal budget to support your wellbeing: travel, medical expenses, parental support, sports, and reimbursements for personal services such as childcare, caregiving, and more.
  • Flexibility: we work in a hybrid model, with autonomy over when to come into the office.
For us, being on-site makes sense when it improves the way we work: you come in when collaboration with colleagues makes a difference, not for presence, but for effectiveness.
  • Growth: we offer tailored learning paths and concrete development opportunities within a continuously evolving international group.
