ANINE BING is looking for a Credit Manager to join our Finance and Accounting team based in Paris.
This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Paris HQ team, the Credit Manager brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to their work—supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand’s DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.

This is a hybrid position based at our Paris HQ, with a preference for in-person work. The role reports to the CFO/
Responsibilities Include:- Own the end-to-end global credit management process, with a primary focus on wholesale accounts
- Assess creditworthiness, define and monitor credit limits, and approve new customer accounts
- Lead DSO optimization and structured collection processes across regions
- Partner with Sales teams and agents to align payment terms with commercial strategy while protecting margin and exposure
- Monitor credit risk concentration and proactively mitigate financial exposure
- Manage credit insurance relationships and factoring programs where relevant
- Define and implement clear credit policies, governance frameworks, and reporting standards
- Prepare monthly reporting on KPIs including DSO, aging, overdue balances, and exposure by region
- 5–8 years of experience in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash functions
- Experience in wholesale B2B environments; fashion, luxury, consumer goods, or international retail preferred
- Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment capabilities
- Proven experience managing multi-country portfolios and working cross-functionally with Sales
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Skills Required
