CREDIT MANAGER

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Credit Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Credit Managers have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments.
• Supervise, train and motivate Finance Department employees to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with all Internal Controls.
• Establish and maintain local policies and procedures regarding Accounts Receivable processes.
• Assist with processing all bills by verifying accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Investigate all requests for billing as final authority over credit approval and individual guest inquiries.
• Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.  Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job or through a series of professional certifications.
• Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software at an advanced level.  Opera Systems and Resort Suite knowledge would be ideal and greatly valued.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.
• Strong Customer Service skills
