What will you take care of?

You will be welcomed in the Central Accounting Department (AR, Credit management and electronic invoicing) of Bosch Italy responsible also for Greece, in its Milan headquarter.

In particular, you will have the chance to:

Experience cooperation: you will have the chance to care of the accountancy processes of a large multinational company, working in close cooperation with the team, supporting credit management and credit collection for an assigned area.

Experience internationality: Bosch is a German-based company, thus you will have the chance to be part of international accountancy processes.

Conscientious coordination: you will also have the chance to deepen your DSO skills.

You will mainly deal with the following activities:

• Registration of the invoices with SAP management system;
• Support in activities related to credit management (monitoring activities, credit reporting, management of non-payment cases, management of credit limits);
• Credit collection acrivities, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts.
• Periodic updates on the main reference procedures of the institution;
• Support for year-end activities related to warehouse inventories and inventory book printing

What distinguishes you?

• Education: you have graduated in Economics with good results.
• Languages: You have a B2 level of English.
• Experience and know-how: . You have 3-5 years of experience.
  You have knowledge of Excel, Word and SAP.
• Work style: you are methodic, respect due dates and reserved.
• Personality: you enjoy team-work and an informal environment.
