Position Location: Arden Hills, MN
Land O’Lakes is looking for talented Finance, Accounting, and Business candidates with strong leadership skills for our Summer Internship Program. As a Credit Management Analyst Intern, you will become a key business team member working on a portfolio of accounts in addition to special projects that support our enterprise-wide Credit needs.
Some key responsibilities will include:
Conducting customer financial reviews, investigation and analysis of credit risk to prepare recommendations on credit limits for new and existing customers.
Contacting customers regarding past due balances and other credit-related issues.
Reconciling receivables as assigned and resolve open issues with regards to on-account cash, invoice discrepancies, and internal processes.
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing a four-year degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
Sophomore level or higher (preferably Junior level)
Ability to read and understand financial statements
Preferred Qualifications:
3.0 GPA or above
Ability to translate deliverables into actionable items with minimal follow-up and self-management
Effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to establish positive, productive relationships
Demonstrate strong attention to detail
Strong curiosity to learn new things and be a quick learner
