Our 2026 APAC Summer Intern program provides you with career opportunities within Smith’s Hong Kong Credit department for job enrichment, professional mentorship, and career progression. We are recruiting 2026 and 2027 fresh graduates to help them explore a career in the semiconductor trading industry. Outstanding interns will receive a full‑time offer upon graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting credit analyses to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients
  • Support the preparation of credit reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Assess credit risks and monitor existing credit relationships
  • Help maintain and update the credit database and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with team members on credit-related projects and initiatives
  • Conduct market research to support credit-evaluation processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the APAC Credit team as needed

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline, preferably graduating in 2026 or 2027
  • Prior accounting internship experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with financial statements and credit-analysis concepts preferred
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese
