- Support Credit and Collections activities within the Order to Cash organization.
- Assist with customer account reviews and documentation analysis.
- Prepare and maintain reports and trackers related to credit processes.
- Support data validation activities to ensure information accuracy.
- Collaborate with regional teams in the execution of operational activities.
- Analyze financial and customer information to support decision-making.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
- Support communication and follow-up activities with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for the team.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
- Active student status with approximately 5th to 7th semester remaining in the academic program.
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Ability to participate in meetings and communications conducted in English.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, functions, filters and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Availability to participate in a 12-month internship program.
- Previous academic projects related to finance, accounting, business analysis or data management.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
