What you need to be successful
Job Description
- Collection of past due accounts
- Supporting Credit & Collection Team Leader with daily management tasks related to collection
- Review and release of time sensitive blocked customer orders
- All collection related activities with high volume collection and focus on Current A/R % (emails, phone calls, reminders, letters etc.)
- Administration of credit & collection related activities (customer payment terms, country specific payment methods, customer portals, FSCM usage)
