We are seeking a German-speaking Credit Controller to support our recent expansion in the DACH region. You'll manage cash collection across both our member (B2C) and trade (B2B) business, working autonomously while collaborating with teams across the organization. 

 

This Is What Your Role Looks Like  

As Credit Controller for the DACH region, you'll be the go-to financial expert for credit management and collections. You'll dive into member datasets to spot trends, build relationships with franchisees to ensure smooth payment flows, and support the integration of new clubs. 

 

You'll work closely with colleagues from Marketing, IT, Customer Support, and external partners. Whether it's resolving member queries or transitioning our franchise model, you'll have the autonomy to assess issues, create solutions, and drive them to completion.

Your Responsibilities: 

B2C (Member Business) 

  • Analyze member datasets, identify trends, and propose process improvements 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and IT to support integration of new clubs and members 

  • Execute updates to member accounts with accuracy 

  • Support Customer Support with financial queries from the DACH region 

 

B2B (Trade Business) 

  • Lead the franchise model transition in DACH—build new processes and ensure franchisee engagement and payment 

  • Own credit control for Advertising, Landlords, NXT Level, and business partners in DACH 

  • Share responsibility for monthly invoicing, direct debits, and dunning 

 

Projects 

  • Drive process innovation projects that enhance our credit control operations 

 

Who Are You? 

A proactive problem-solver who builds relationships, identifies root causes, and creates solutions. You work independently but know when to involve colleagues, and you challenge the status quo. 

 

Additionally, we’re looking for someone who is: 

  • Native or fluent German and strong English (additional languages are a plus) 

  • Credit management or collections experience in B2C and/or B2B 

  • Analytical skills: spot trends in large datasets while maintaining attention to detail 

  • Strong communicator: present to stakeholders at all levels and adapt your approach 

  • Autonomous and determined: take ownership, create action plans, and deliver results 

  • Advanced Excel (query-building, pivot tables) preferred, but training available 

  • SAP experience is a plus
