Missão
- Realizar as atividades de controlo de crédito, de acordo com normas, procedimentos internos e orientações superiores, tendo em vista a recuperação de créditos vencidos e não pagos e a identificação de potenciais clientes de risco.
Tarefas
- Acompanhamento de créditos vencidos, contactando clientes para regularização de faturas e prestando esclarecimentos sobre valores em dívida, prazos de pagamento e extratos.
Apoio aos Gestores de Conta e identificação de situações a escalar para comités de controlo de crédito, definindo ações para desbloqueio de pagamentos.
Gestão de clientes em recuperação e pré‑contencioso, incluindo envio para parceiros de recuperação e preparação de processos para contencioso.
Atuação conforme políticas de crédito, normas internas do Grupo Ayvens e requisitos de segurança da informação.
Requisitos
- Dois anos de experiência profissional em funções similares
- Conhecimentos de ferramentas de gestão de crédito ou plataformas de cobrança (opcional, mas preferencial).
- Microsoft Office :Excel: tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas, análise de dados
- Conhecimentos de Inglês
- Orientação para o cliente (interno e externo)
- Forte capacidade analítica e atenção ao detalhe.
- Capacidade de organização, planeamento e gestão de prioridades.
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com perfil colaborativo.
- Conhecimentos na óptica do utilizador de Power BI e/ou Automate, preferencial
- Licenciatura ou Bacharelato em Contabilidade, preferencial
