Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key liaison between the global Credit Line and Credit Card product teams and the Colombia GTM team, ensuring local execution aligns with global objectives.
- Design and execute GTM strategies to increase credit card activation and usage, particularly by cross-selling to customers acquiring phone finance products.
- Drive mutual reinforcement between the Phone Finance and Credit Card businesses, identifying opportunities for bundling, upselling, and joint campaigns.
- Maximize the use of our national distribution network to increase credit card issuance and activation.
- Manage relationships with existing commercial partners and acquirers related to the credit card business, ensuring alignment and performance.
- Track and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for the credit card product, ensuring achievement of growth, activation, and usage targets in coordination with product and GTM teams.
- Develop and manage new and existing alliances to enhance the value proposition of the credit card through exclusive benefits and offers for cardholders.
- Lead initiatives to enable and scale the physical distribution of the credit card through our network of allies and retail partners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, risk, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for credit card customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the credit card or consumer finance industry, preferably with exposure to GTM strategy, product activation, or commercial partnerships.
- Proven track record of delivering results in card issuance, usage growth, and partner engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in fintech, telecom financing, or embedded finance environments.
- Familiarity with Colombia’s financial and regulatory landscape.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
