Job Responsibilities
- To actively make outbound calls to present Insurance products to customers
- To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
- To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
- Handle customer’s objection professionally, providing excellent customer service and follow up
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirement
- Passionate communicators who can effectively connect with customers and articulate the value of our insurance products
- Motivated individuals who thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are eager to grow their career
- Willing to learn and apply new techniques to improve skillsets
- Team players who enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team dynamic
- CMFAS qualification requirements in M5 and M9
- Minimum qualification requirements with a full GCE A Level certificate or Poly Diploma holders
