Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Credit Analyst to play a key role in managing credit and accounts receivable functions for our company and its subsidiaries. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Credit and cross-functional teams to evaluate risk, strengthen cash flow, and help drive sound financial decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Partner with the Director of Credit to support all credit and accounts receivable activities across the company and its subsidiaries.
Review, approve, or deny credit requests by evaluating financial statements, credit reports, and references.
Assess customer creditworthiness and provide clear, well-supported recommendations.
Produce and maintain key reporting—including DSO, quarterly reviews, and annual credit reviews—to support timely collections and risk management.
Design and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to improve visibility and efficiency.
Support analytical needs within Cash Management, Insurance, and Risk as required.
Contribute to special projects and process improvements as assigned.
What You Bring
Strong working knowledge of financial statement analysis, accounting concepts, and quantitative principles.
Understanding of credit policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Experience or familiarity with agricultural production and/or manufacturing environments.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and comfort using reporting, database, and accounting systems.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, colleagues, customers, and external partners.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5+ years of experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, or a related financial role preferred.
Experience in agriculture or manufacturing strongly preferred.
