Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive credit evaluation on new-to-bank and existing customers by reviewing financial statements, cash flow projections, business plans and other relevant information to assess creditworthiness;
Evaluate debt repayment ability based on factors such as income, assets, debts, employment status, credit history and other related factors;
Provide recommendations on credit limit/approvals based on the outcome of the credit evaluation process;
Monitor and control overdue accounts, negotiating payment schedules when necessary;
Ensure all credit proposals are processed within agreed turnaround time;
Maintain up-to-date records of customer’s credit history and account status in the bank’s system;
Comply with all applicable internal policies and procedures including credit policy manual and operating instructions;
Assist in the preparation of management reports on credit proposals and outstanding loans.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or Economics;
Fresh graduates are welcome;
Experience in banking industry will be advantageous;
Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
Ability to work independently and under pressure;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in MS Office applications;
Knowledge in SAP and CMS will be added advantage.
