The Role

Job Purpose:  

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on assessing credit risk while supporting commercial growth across international markets.

Responsible for reviewing and assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing accounts in line with our credit and insurance policies in order to minimise risk yet maximise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and approve credit limits for new and existing customers, balancing risk and sales potential

  • Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) to evaluate creditworthiness

  • Manage credit insurance processes, including claims and reporting

  • Monitor and update customer credit profiles and databases

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., customer finance directors)

  • Support legal and liquidation processes for overdue accounts

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in credit analysis or credit risk assessment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Commercial awareness and ability to prioritize effectively

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)

  • Experience with SAP and knowledge of the distribution industry is an advantage

  • Familiarity with credit insurance processes is a plus
