RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews, analyzes and approves or denies customer credit applications.
• Manages credit hold policy, reviewing customer account status, payment and collections.
• Provides communications to MAs (marketing associates), on customer accounts. Handles escalated collection accounts.
• Performs regular review of customer files to manage risk and remain compliant with audit controls.
• Makes recommendations on bad debt management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Finance or Accounting Preferred

Experience

• Entry Level Position

Professional Skills

• Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to analyze data and draw logical conclusions and recommendations from the data
