Be part of something growing. Washington Trust Bank established its Tacoma Financial Center in August 2025 as part of its continued expansion in the South Sound. Today, our 14-person local team provides commercial, small business, mortgage, retail, private banking, and wealth management services to clients throughout the region. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting relationship managers and clients while working alongside an experienced team dedicated to delivering exceptional local banking expertise.
Washington Trust's privately held structure and decentralized credit model set us apart. Rather than routing decisions through distant corporate centers, we empower local teams to make informed credit decisions close to our customers. For Credit Analysts, this means greater visibility, stronger partnerships with lenders, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on client relationships and business growth. In addition, private ownership means that the money stays here, in local communities with local clients.
Position Summary
