You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments. With a strong foundation in finance and a keen ability to handle numbers, you possess excellent planning and organizational skills that drive efficiency and compliance in financial assessments. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with Australian lenders to analyze and solve financial scenarios
  2. Assessing completed files with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  3. Preparing preliminary assessments and necessary application forms for clients
  4. Ensuring documentation completeness and compliance with lender checklists
  5. Effectively communicating and addressing compliance issues with brokers
  6. Coordinating tasks with various departments to ensure smooth processes
  7. Engaging with clients to gather required information and documents
  8. Mentoring new team members to ensure a seamless transition into their roles
  9. Assisting brokers in managing client portfolios and post-settlement services
  10. Contributing to lead generation through effective communication and outreach
Requirements
  • Academic Qualification (Any of the below):
    • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with over 2 years of relevant work experience
    • ACCAs with no more than 3 papers remaining, and over 2 years of relevant work experience in the finance field.
    • Semi-qualified CAs with at least 2 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Past experience in the finance industry
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • A great attitude towards learning - as there will be a huge learning curve!
  • Proficient with Google Apps (Drive, Docs, and Sheets)

Work hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (non-negotiable) including a 1-hour lunch break

Please note that our office premises are open so we will be delighted to work with you in a physical setup if you get hired!
