Job Description
Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Credit Advisor to join our team in the Eastern region of Thailand (Chonburi - Rayong). This role is responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products to individuals, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to the company's sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify and acquire new customers for personal loan products within the assigned territory.
* Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for potential clients to recommend appropriate loan solutions.
* Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and accurately to customers.
* Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted correctly and efficiently.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for personal loan products.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:**
* Thai nationality.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or banking industry, with a focus on personal loans or credit products.
* Strong understanding of personal lending products and credit assessment principles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with customers effectively.
* Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel frequently within the Chonburi - Rayong area.
* A valid driver's license and own transportation are advantageous.
