Job Description
- Obtain and review monthly trust statements from Banks and TPA Services to determine collateral adequacy
- Coordinate with Credit and Underwriting to ensure required legal agreements received and reflect approved credit terms.
- Assist in finalizing legal agreements including changes to legal documentation
- Oversee DocuSign process for required legal agreements
- Ensure compliance and reconciliation of required collateral
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Credit Policy Guidelines
- Maintaining and reviewing cash applications and withdraws of collateral to the correct general ledger accounts and accounting periods, contracts.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Credit Policy Guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or other related field, or relevant work experience
- 0 to 3 years of proven Insurance related credit experience with emphasis on policies and procedures
- Analytical and organizational skills preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task
Proficient in Excel
