POSITION SUMMARY

The position is responsible for retrieving and entering information to be used for a variety of reporting purposes including tickler management, exception reporting, collateral details and other identified areas.  Position also includes loan review and documentation verification duties as well as maintaining procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Loan Data Maintenance: Maintain annual review date, codes, risk ratings, exceptions, covenants.
  • Tickler Maintenance and Correspondence: Create and maintain financial tracking ticklers and assist in requesting information from clients.
  • Collateral Data Maintenance: Review collateral documents and update collateral values and codes. Includes Borrowing Base Certificates, Appraisals/Evaluations, and Marketable Securities statements.
  • Export Documents to Director including approvals, PLRs, insurance, and collateral documentation.
  • Loan File Review: includes consumer loan review and reporting to ensure appropriate commercial loan data.
  • Procedures: Create and update procedures as needed.
  • Projects: Work with management to research vendor system updates and enhancements as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school degree or GED Required
  • 2 Year college degree in Business- or business-related field preferred.
  • Commercial/Real Estate loan servicing experience preferred.
  • Commercial and/or consumer loan documentation experience preferred.
  • Fiserv and/or Abrigo experience preferred.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with a variety of personal and business financial statements.
  • Superior skill set in the use of the following software applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with AI tools and maintains an open, curious approach to emerging technologies.

Skills Required
