Job DescriptionThe Creator Platform Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and continuously improving creator campaigns within the Ubisoft Creators Program (UCP).
This role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring that campaigns executed through the UCP are well-structured, consistent, and aligned with both strategic objectives and platform best practices. Acting as a key operational expert, the Senior CPM works closely with Creator Strategy, Community Developers, E-sports teams, and other stakeholders to help them translate their objectives into effective UCP activations. The role involves advising, challenging, and supporting partners to improve how they leverage the platform and to drive better campaign outcomes.
The position requires a strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate with increasing autonomy in a complex, ever-changing cross-functional environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Operational Excellence
Translate stakeholder objectives into effective UCP campaign configurations (structure, targeting, eligibility, timelines, benefits, content requirements)
Ensure campaign setups are accurate, scalable, and aligned with platform capabilities
Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign requirements, timelines, and execution
Apply platform best practices and proven optimization levers to maximize effectiveness and creator experience
Own campaign planning (calendar, sequencing, bandwidth) to ensure sustainable and consistent operations across the brand portfolio
Campaign Performance & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and creator participation
Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve future activations
Contribute to stakeholder reporting and maintain a strong understanding of success metrics
Capture and relay creator feedback (e.g. Discord, surveys) to inform improvements
Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement
Act as the key operational partner for stakeholders (Creator Strategy, Community, E-sports, etc.)
Advise and challenge stakeholders to define clear, realistic, and impactful campaign objectives
Promote best practices and relevant use cases based on past activations and platform evolution
Support prioritization decisions by balancing ambition, feasibility, timelines, and capacity
Platform & Process Governance
Apply, maintain, and document UCP processes, frameworks, and guidelines
Ensure adoption of tools and workflows (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Identify platform limitations, bugs, and operational gaps, and drive follow-up
Contribute to platform evolution through feedback, testing, and workshops
Support internal enablement (onboarding, guidance, troubleshooting, mentorship)
Collaborate with creator support agents (including Discord support) to address creator questions related to campaigns, participation, and benefits
- A first experience in operations, project management, platform or product environments

- Experience working with digital platforms and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Power BI), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proactive and autonomous mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of topics end-to-end
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and align cross-functional partners
- Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience with data and performance analysis is a plus
