Summary Generated by Built In

Supercell is looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to lead our Creator Program and creator partnerships in South Korea. Korea is the main focus of the role, with support for paid creator campaigns and collaboration across APAC.

You will connect our central Creator Program with the Korean market, bring local needs into planning, and build clear shared ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the Creator Program strategy and roadmap for South Korea, including creator growth, key relationships and the development of the local creator ecosystem.

  • Own our local platform partnerships in Korea, including YouTube's Korea team, SOOP and CHZZK: creator growth initiatives, education, local creator partnership events and streamer engagement. You'll be the local point of contact for these platforms, working alongside the central Platform Partnerships team.

  • Manage our Creator Program partners in Korea, including priorities, quality, performance and escalations, while they handle day-to-day creator support.

  • Act as the link between the central Creator Program team and Korea, aligning priorities, policies and ways of working while bringing local needs into central planning.

  • Help the region adopt shared Creator Program processes and reduce duplicated or separate ways of working.

  • Lead creator initiatives connected to game updates, tournaments, creator bounties, merchandise, creator invitations, embargoes and other key moments.

  • Support paid creator campaigns in Korea and across APAC through campaign agency partners, helping shape briefs, creator recommendations, budgets and activation plans.

  • Follow campaign delivery and performance, and turn results and market feedback into clear recommendations for game teams and future creator work.

  • Coordinate creator planning with game teams, central teams and external partners, and maintain clear visibility of creator budgets and partner performance.

What You Have
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in creator partnerships, creator programs, influencer marketing or a closely related role in gaming or entertainment.

  • Industry background in the Korean gaming and creator ecosystem, with existing relationships across creators, platforms, MCNs or agencies.

  • Deep knowledge of Korean creator platforms, content trends and what helps creators grow.

  • Fluent Korean and strong working English.

  • Experience managing agencies, consultants or other external partners, including priorities, budgets and performance.

  • Experience supporting both long-term creator programs and paid creator campaigns.

  • Strong project and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align teams that have different working styles and drive change without direct authority.

  • Comfortable using program and campaign results to make decisions and explain what should happen next.

  • Organised, collaborative and comfortable working independently in a role based away from the central team.

Would Be Nice if You Also Have
  • Knowledge of other APAC creator markets.

  • Experience working with a global or HQ team from a local market.

  • Experience with mobile games or live-service titles.
