About the RoleThis internship is ideal for ambitious students who want exposure to brand and creator partnerships within an early-stage, high-growth tech startup. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership across Sales, Creator Strategy, and Product to support both sides of our two-sided marketplace.
You’ll be a foundational part of Agentio’s Go-To-Market team—collaborating closely with our Head of Sales and VP of Creator Strategy—to drive campaign execution and client satisfaction. This dual-focused role allows you to:
Build, support, and grow relationships with high-performing YouTube creators
Support brand clients in campaign execution, performance analysis, and success optimization
Conduct research on top YouTube creators and evaluate their fit with active brand campaigns
Manage a pipeline of creators and effectively communicate Agentio’s value proposition to onboard them
Build relationships with our ecosystem of managers and agents who will grow the business with us — onboarding creators, getting product feedback, and helping elevate the creator/manager business
Work alongside the Creator team to ensure brand-safe, performance-driven creator selections for campaigns
Stay on top of creator trends, platform changes, and emerging voices on YouTube and beyond
Support the Brand Sales team in campaign onboarding, client management, and day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows and identifying areas for improvement
Analyze campaign data and translate performance metrics into actionable insights for brands to drive success
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Creator Partnerships, and Product to ensure timely content delivery and alignment on campaign goals
Support in the creation of performance or marketing collateral for brands and creators to optimize their experience on Agentio and deepen their understanding of the landscape
Currently enrolled Junior or Senior, ideally graduating in ’26, and available to work 25–40 hours per week in-person from our Williamsburg office
Strong interest in the YouTube creator space, digital marketing, startups, and AI
Naturally curious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables), CRM platforms (HubSpot), and Notion
Familiarity with YouTube analytics platforms like Tubular or similar
Demonstrated experience in client communication, data storytelling, or project coordination
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to simplify work processes or day-to-day tasks
Direct exposure to startup leadership and cross-functional teams

Hands-on learning, fast feedback loops, and a seat at the table in building a first-of-its-kind platform

The pay for this role will be $20/hr.
