Responsibilities:

Nurture top creators and track their performance in order to help ramp up their sharing and audience growth while improving content quality;

Creator support, making sure we help creators solve different issues in order to enhance their experience in the platform;

Work closely with Product, Marketing to implement campaigns to increase activity of creators;

Plan and execute online and offline creator community events, aimed at improving creator engagement and loyalty to the platform;

Weekly reporting of activities and its impact to the overall business goals.

Requirements:

3+ years experience of relevant work experience in creator/influencer management;

Data driven and have good sense of business;

Experience and passion for social media platforms;

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;

Strong understanding of Colombian and Spanish speaking countries creator ecosystem;

Strong background in community building in LATAM market;

100% bilingual English & Spanish.
